1. MAKE IT A DAILY HABIT TO DO A “MIRROR TALK” WITH YOURSELF.

As odd as it may seem, mirror talks have helped me a lot. Look at yourself with ease and confidence. Speak powerful affirmations that express your inner abilities and self worth. You will start to feel yourself becoming more defiant and confident in every way.

2. THROUGH AUTOSUGGESTION YOU CAN INCREASE YOUR CONFIDENCE + SELF LOVE.

Through the process of autosuggestion, you can use spoken words in a repetitious manner to influence how you FEEL and THINK.

Start by creating your life script.

A life script is a tool or mechanism that 1% of our world uses to script out the life they desire. You can use this tool as a source to increase your self confidence by listing out things that make you, YOU. Write down how amazing it feels to live a life full of excessive confidence. Express how you carry yourself now that you have this confidence, as if you have it NOW.

An example affirmation to include in this life script could be “ I am worthy. Every single room that I enter lights up from my presence.”

Complete your life script by including exactly how it feels to be living in complete love of who you are, expressing how you act, think, and even inspire others to be confident too. Record your written words with an app called “Audio Loop” where you can replay this recording multiple times throughout the day or just Morning/Night. Repeat this audio until you FEEL and KNOW this life script has became a reality: you will know when it has according to how much your feelings shift towards the love you have within.

3. REALIZE YOUR UNIQUE STRENGTHS

We all have things that make us creative in some way. If you’re thinking that you aren’t really creative, then that’s because you haven’t fed your creative being. As creators we all have the art of thinking our life into results with the most valuable thing we have: our minds. Most individuals - 95% of the world- don’t value anything with out cost- so think about why most people have no idea how to use their minds. Spend some time understanding your unique strengths, and then spend more time doing things that utilize and increase those strengths rather than doing things that aren’t helping you grow.

4. BECOME FRIENDS WITH FAILURE.

There‘s something magical about failure. We all look at it in a negative way, but without failure that means we aren’t growing or trying new things everyday. Once you realize that as long as you are failing, that you are growing: your self confidence will sky rocket.

5. KILL NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

You have to learn to be aware of your self-talk, the thoughts you have about yourself and what you’re doing. Imagine that a negative thought was a bug, and be on the lookout for these bugs. When you catch one, stomp on it (mentally of course) and squash it. Then replace it with a positive one. Master this silly analogy!
